Les premi\u00e8res versions diffus\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux laissaient entendre qu\u2019un d\u00e9tournement de la cargaison avait eu lieu. Mais apr\u00e8s v\u00e9rification aupr\u00e8s de sources proches du dossier, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 semble bien diff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"1305\">Selon des informations recueillies par <em data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"950\">Gabon Media Time<\/em>, le vraquier, charg\u00e9 non pas de 48 000 mais de plus de 52 000 tonnes de mangan\u00e8se, avait bien accompli toutes les formalit\u00e9s douani\u00e8res avant son d\u00e9part du Port min\u00e9ralier d\u2019Owendo. Au cours des op\u00e9rations, le navire aurait subi un \u00e9chouement n\u00e9cessitant l\u2019intervention d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9e de pilotage maritime pour le d\u00e9s\u00e9chouage et la remise \u00e0 flot.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1801\">Une fois l\u2019op\u00e9ration r\u00e9ussie, une facture d\u2019environ un milliard de FCFA aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au commandant du <em data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1426\">Jacob H<\/em>. Estimant ce montant \u201cexorbitant\u201d, celui-ci aurait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de quitter le port sans proc\u00e9der au r\u00e8glement, en violation des r\u00e8gles internationales de navigation maritime. \u00ab Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019un vol ou d\u2019un d\u00e9tournement de cargaison, mais bien d\u2019un d\u00e9lit de fuite du commandant, qui a choisi de prendre le large sans autorisation \u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 une source portuaire contact\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"2124\">Les documents consult\u00e9s par <em data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1849\">Gabon Media Time<\/em> confirment que la cargaison de mangan\u00e8se avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00fbment d\u00e9clar\u00e9e et disposait de toutes les autorisations administratives n\u00e9cessaires.
